I. Analysis and treatment plan for water seepage of external walls

1.1 wet plastered granite wall

1.1.1 Accident characteristics

The main structure of the outer wall is water seepage of the interior wall of the masonry, which affects the function of use.

1.1.2 Cause Analysis

(1) The mortar at the intersection of the concrete member and the masonry is not dense.

(2) The empty joints, construction holes, etc. in the external wall masonry are not embedded and compacted before the outer wall surface is scraped.

(3) The granite grout is not full and the top end of the waterproof seal is not strict.

(4) Granite binder and grouting agent are in ordinary cement mortar, and have no waterproof effect.

(5) The granite material that has not been waterproofed is itself a permeable body, and rainwater can penetrate into the wall from its surface.

1.1.3 Processing method

(1) When the amount of water leakage from the external wall is large and the water leakage is concentrated, the stone and cement mortar on the outer wall surface should be cleaned, rinsed and wet, and then the masonry gap and hole should be cement mortar.

(1:2) Embedded in compaction. Use polymer waterproof mortar to scrape, the thickness is controlled at about 7mm, and the joint between the old and new plaster layer should be compacted. Wet granite with polymer waterproof mortar,

Use special waterproof jointing mortar for jointing.

(2) Granite stone is sealed with six sides by “special protective agent for stone”.

(3) The granite topping cement mortar is cut out, and the polymer mortar is pressed to make a 45-degree angle flooding, and then brushed with Meihui JS waterproof coating three times.

1.1.4 Preventive measures

(1) Before plastering the exterior wall, it is necessary to block all water seepage passages on the outer wall surface and thoroughly inspect the gray joints and holes in the outer wall surface.

(2) Remove the ash, dust and water from the wall.

(3) Insert the gap between the door and window frame and the civil wall.

(4) The same wall surface must be finished once, without leaving the construction joint, it should be scraped and scraped with force, and the thickness is controlled at about 7mm.

(5) The polymer waterproof mortar is used as the binder to wet the granite. The granite top is made of 45 degree angle water with the same proportion of polymer mortar, and the special waterproof joint grouting agent is used. The specific method is detailed (Fig. 1).

1.2 Analysis and treatment plan for water seepage of water-absorbing brick, sandstone brick and hand-made clay brick wall

1.2.1 Accident characteristics

The main body structure of the outer wall is water seepage in some parts of the indoor wall of the masonry, which affects the function of use.

1.2.2 Cause Analysis

In addition to the same problems as wet-laid granite, tiles, sandstone tiles, and hand-made clay bricks have a large number of capillary holes on the surface and are themselves permeable.

1.2.3 Processing method

The water-repellent tile is sprayed with a colorless and non-film-forming hydrophobic waterproof material on the surface of the water-absorbing tile, and sprayed or brushed 2-3 times with an agricultural sprayer.

1.2.4 Preventive measures (same as granite exterior wall plan).
