Joining process
1. The applicant learns about the business direction of the Meihui brand by consulting the regional distribution center, and understands the requirements, standards, and procedures for new store openings from the head office.
2. The applicant submits the following materials to the regional distribution center:
1. The applicant truthfully fills out the "Meihui Brand Franchise Application Form".
2. A photocopy of the applicant's ID card (attached to the application form).
3. The applicant provides proof of financial strength.
4. A location map of the pre-selected store; a floor plan of the pre-selected store; photos of the street where the pre-selected store is located; photos of the store front and interior.
3. The regional distribution center organizes the review and signs off on the opinion, filling out the "Franchisee Comprehensive Evaluation Form" before reporting to the regional manager.
4. The regional manager reviews and signs off on the opinion in the "Franchisee Comprehensive Evaluation Form."
5. The regional manager submits the "Meihui Brand Franchise Application Form," the "Franchisee Comprehensive Evaluation Form," and the materials required for opening the store to the head office's marketing department.
6. The marketing department reviews the materials according to company regulations and determines within two working days whether the application is qualified for franchising.
7. After approval from the marketing department, the manager signs off on the opinion to decide whether to franchise.
8. After the manager approves the franchise, the applicant, under the guidance of the marketing department's planning personnel, decorates the store according to the unified retail system visual standards.
9. After the store decoration, photos are provided for acceptance by the marketing department; if qualified, a franchise is granted; if not qualified, a deadline for rectification is set.
