Detailed introduction
Meihui exterior wall special putty is specially developed for the high requirements of exterior wall base surface leveling, featuring excellent filling properties, adhesion, strong bonding strength, superior construction performance, and excellent flexibility of the putty film (diameter 100mm) without cracks, suitable for concrete structure surfaces and cement mortar surfaces. When used in conjunction with Meihui exterior wall special paint, the decorative effect is even more perfect.
Construction instructions and precautions:
1. The substrate must be solid, flat, free of oil stains, hollow spots, and loose materials.
2. The construction environment should be between 10℃ and 30℃.
3. Substrates with high smoothness or strong alkalinity that are relatively dry and powdery should be treated before construction; the substrate should not be too dry. If the substrate is too dry, it should be moistened before construction, with a single layer thickness of about 1.5mm; for smooth substrates, corresponding putty for tile renovation should be used.
4. Use an electric mixing machine to mix evenly, let it sit for about five minutes before use, and the mixed slurry should be used within 2 hours.
5. The product complies with the standard Y, JG/T 157-2009. Sanding techniques and maintenance instructions: Sanding should be done the day after the batch application, then dust should be removed, and after completely drying, it can be washed with clean water to remove dust and maintained for three days.
Packaging, transportation, and storage instructions:
This product weighs 25kg±0.5kg per bag; it is non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-corrosive, and can be transported as ordinary goods; the product should be stored in a cool, dry place, with a storage period of six months.
Meihui coating has passed the ISo9001 quality management system certification, ISO4001 environmental management system certification, China environmental labeling product certification, product quality are in line with the national standard, and even build a higher than the national standard Meihui standard.
