Meihui roof special waterproof coating is a dual-component composite waterproof coating made of high molecular polymer high elasticity resin emulsion and inorganic powder. When the two components are mixed, they form a strong and tough waterproof film. This film has the dual advantages of high elasticity from organic materials and good durability from inorganic materials, with excellent waterproof performance. It also has random stretch characteristics, allowing it to expand and contract with the "thermal expansion and contraction" of the building base, fitting closely and truly preventing minor leaks and drips. It has been recognized in the waterproof industry as a new type of high-efficiency waterproof material and is widely used. It is a new type of polymer cement-based waterproof material recommended by the Ministry of Construction of the country.
Product Features:
This product can form a rubber-like elastic body after curing, with extremely strong water resistance, excellent adhesion, and extensibility. It is heat-resistant, cold-resistant, tensile, aging-resistant, has a long service life, is easy to construct, and can be applied on damp substrates.
Scope of Application:
Can be directly applied on damp or dry brick, mortar, and concrete, specifically used for roof waterproofing.
Construction Precautions:
1. The substrate must be solid, clean, free of sand, hollow spots, and flat. 2. Construction temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C; construction is prohibited in rainy or snowy weather. 3. The mixed slurry should be used within 2 hours; if hard lumps appear, do not add water for secondary use. 4. For seam treatment, if there are cracks in the substrate, they should be filled with sealing material first, then reinforced with waterproof coating and mesh cloth, and finally apply the waterproof coating. 5. After the waterproof film is completely cured, the coating thickness should be 15mm, using mortar or bricks as a protective layer.
