Meihui exterior wall special putty is an upgraded product developed by the technical staff of Huixing based on old products. It is made of natural mineral stone powder as the filling material, with cement and natural polymer materials as the binding materials. It consists of 30% paint and 70% putty, indicating the importance of the putty's role. Quality and performance depend on raw materials, and putty is used to level the base layer of building walls to achieve an aesthetically pleasing decorative effect.
The role of polymer materials in putty is to increase workability, improve adhesion, enhance the ease of application of the putty, retain water, balance moisture, and strengthen the effect of cement.
Construction Precautions
* Construction environment: 10-30℃, humidity 65%.
* Ensure the construction base is solid, free of dust, loose materials, cracks, hollow spots, and release agents. If there are similar issues with the base, they must be addressed before applying the putty. Ensure the base is solid, moisten it with water before applying the putty.
* Mixing instructions for putty powder: first add clean water to the container, then add the powder, with a ratio of powder to water of about 1:0.5. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the binding materials to fully hydrate before mixing again for application.
* For smooth bases, use Meihui tile putty or Meihui interface agent. Do not apply in low temperatures and high humidity.
* The thickness of this product should be 1.5mm. After applying to the wall and leveling, rinse off dust with clean water to maintain the putty layer.
* The mixed slurry must be used within 2 hours. Cured slurry cannot be rehydrated for use.
* Do not add any substances to this product.
* Store the product in a cool, dry place. If the packaging is intact, the shelf life is 12 months.
* The product's execution standards, inspector, model, and batch number can be found on the spray code.
