Construction prerequisites:
The base layer must be free of looseness and oil stains, achieving a flat effect; ensure that the moisture content and pH value meet the construction requirements.
1. Apply the first coat of MH908 crystalline exterior wall high-efficiency composite mortar.
· In the construction area, apply the first coat of MH908 crystalline exterior wall high-efficiency composite mortar, with a thickness not exceeding 2mm.
· Function: Fill and level the base surface; crack resistance; water resistance.
2. Crack-resistant mesh fabric
· Cut the crack-resistant mesh fabric to an appropriate size and place it in the construction area.
· Function: Prevent cracks in the wall due to thermal expansion and contraction; form overall wall tension;.
3. Apply the second coat of MH908 crystalline exterior wall high-efficiency composite mortar.
· In the construction area (on the crack-resistant mesh fabric), apply the second coat of MH908 crystalline exterior wall high-efficiency composite mortar, with a thickness not exceeding 2mm.
· Function: Reinforce the mesh fabric; enhance water resistance and crack resistance.
4. Apply MH 9608 crystalline exterior wall special putty.
First coat of putty.
Second coat of putty.
· After 12 hours of composite mortar construction, apply the first coat of MH 9608 crystalline exterior wall special putty. After an interval of more than 8 hours, apply the second coat. (Single coat thickness not exceeding 2mm)
· Note: The putty powder must be mixed and allowed to mature for 5-10 minutes to ensure full hydration before mixing again for construction.
· Function: Fill and level.
5. Putty layer sanding and water curing.
Sanding.
Curing.
· After the second coat of putty layer dries (6 hours), perform sanding and curing (sanding as soon as possible), with curing done 2-3 times.
· Function: Sanding ensures a flat putty surface; curing enhances the bonding strength and adhesion of the putty layer and ensures the integrity of the black paint line construction.
6. Sealing and cleaning.
· After 12 hours of water curing, construction can proceed. Seal and clean with 30% water dilution for rolling. During rolling, ensure complete coverage without missing spots.
· Function: Enhance the adhesion of the stone-like paint primer; penetrate the capillaries of the putty, forcibly sealing and stabilizing the alkaline ions in the substrate; provide a certain moisture-proof function;.
7. Snap lines for partitioning.
· In the construction area, after determining the horizontal line, use a chalk line to snap lines for partitioning. (This time, due to operating on a sample board, a charcoal pencil is used instead of a chalk line.)
· Function: The partitioning of the wall is aesthetically pleasing and facilitates the painting of the black lines.
8. Black paint for lines.
· Brush black paint along the chalk line.
· Function: Facilitate the overall decorative effect.
9. Special adhesive tape.
Apply special adhesive tape.
Protect with adhesive tape.
· After 12 hours of black paint construction, apply adhesive tape, ensuring it is level, and provide a protective base coat penetration (black paint or top oil on the tape).
· Function: Cover and protect the black paint on the lines.
10. Primer.
· The primer is applied using rolling and spraying methods. The spray can be diluted with 5% water, while rolling should not be diluted. The first coat of primer must be applied evenly without leaving drips or missed spots. Wait for it to dry before applying the second coat.
· Function: Create a uniform color without color running issues.
11. Intermediate coat.
First coat of intermediate.
Second coat of intermediate.
· Preparation must be in place before construction (air pump requirements, spray gun adjustment). The intermediate coat is applied by spraying, with the first coat fully sprayed, paying attention to the control of the spray gun's air pressure. After drying, apply the second thin spray, appropriately lowering the spray pressure. Note, do not dilute the spray.
· Function: Create a stone effect with particles.
12. Remove special adhesive tape.
· 30 minutes after the second coat of intermediate, remove the special adhesive tape.
13. Top oil.
Light sanding.
Top oil.
· After the intermediate coat dries, proceed with the top oil application. The top oil can be applied by spraying or rolling. Pay attention to uniformity control, ensuring no missed spots or drips to avoid inconsistencies in gloss. Then proceed with the second coat of top oil. Note, spray diluted with 5% water, rolling not diluted.
· Function: Protection, waterproofing, and increasing weather resistance; decoration, creating a uniform gloss, and enhancing realism.
