In order to prevent various factors from threatening the adhesion of Meihui Juliba 503 tile adhesive, the following suggestions are made for the construction party:
1. Construction Precautions and Suggestions
1. It is recommended not to carry out construction when the temperature is below 5℃ or in damp conditions;
2. It is recommended to apply evenly, without missing spots or significant thickness differences. To ensure a certain thickness of the adhesive and the tiling effect, a usage of 5kg is suitable for about 50 square meters of tile backing. A too-thin adhesive may not provide sufficient bonding strength;
3. You must wait for the membrane layer to dry and become transparent before proceeding to the next step of tiling; it is not recommended to use oversized tiles (such as those larger than 80cm*80cm);
4. The adhesive product is only suitable for indoor low water absorption vitrified tiles, antique tiles, etc., for interface treatment on the back of tiles, and is prohibited for use on exterior wall tiling. Additionally, it is not recommended for tiles and stones with slightly higher water absorption;
5. It is recommended that single-component adhesives should not be used for interface treatment on wall substrates; it is best to use a dedicated interface agent;
6. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the impurities such as floating dust, oil stains, and release agents on the back of the tiles before applying the adhesive evenly with a roller or brush. After application, do not leave it for too long to avoid contamination of the membrane layer by dust and other pollutants.
