7. Analysis of the causes of water seepage in wall-passing pipes in the basement and treatment plan
7.1 Accident characteristics
Water seepage around the wall-passing pipes in the basement
7.2 Cause analysis
(1) No water stop steel casing is embedded, or it is embedded but the water stop ring is not fully welded.
(2) Some wall-passing pipes have a diameter greater than 500mm, making it difficult to compact the concrete below the pipe.
7.3 Treatment methods
(1) Perform chemical grouting at the seepage location.
(2) Chisel away the loose concrete around or below the leaking pipe, clean and moisten it with pressure water, and first use a base treatment agent
(Cement: Polymer JSJ latex: Water ratio: 0.15: Appropriate water) apply evenly (brush), then use fine stone concrete (with an appropriate amount of polymer JSJ latex mixed in)
仔细插捣密实,湿养护7天。
(3)在穿墙管根部≥250mm,剪力墙侧壁:立面≥250mm(在新旧混凝土交接面之外)用美惠防水涂料一布五涂加强层处理。
(4)设置30mm厚聚苯乙烯保护层之后,进行土方回填。
7.4预防措施
(1)必须预埋钢套管,其长度等于混凝土墙体厚度,止水环必须与钢套管双面满焊。当混凝土墙体厚度大于50mm时,
需设置两道止水环。
(2)在混凝土浇捣过程中,应特别重视管下方混凝土密实度。
(3)具体做法详(图7)。
7.5质量控制
钢套管与止水环必须满焊,管下方的混凝土必须仔细振捣密实。
