Detailed introduction
Meihui Stone Feel Paint Sealing Clear uses penetrating sealing type emulsion as the raw material, which is the first coating film attached to the substrate, penetrating into the internal structure of the substrate, sealing the base, enhancing the base strength, and playing a role in connecting the upper and lower layers. Each process effectively penetrates, has good adhesion and interlayer adhesion, and forms a good coating system.
Scope of application:
Suitable for concrete substrates, cement mortar substrates, and putty substrates.
Product functions:
1. Enhance the adhesion and firmness of the coating to the substrate. 2. Strong penetration, excellent sealing performance, and increased substrate strength. 3. Large brushing area, can save the amount of topcoat, suitable for matching various water-based latex paints. Construction coating system:
① Meihui 908 composite mortar (first coat) ② Alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh cloth ③ Meihui Stone Feel Paint special putty ④ Stone Feel Paint Sealing Clear (first coat) ⑤ Stone Feel Paint primer (second coat) ⑥ Stone Feel Paint intermediate coat ⑦ Stone Feel Paint topcoat (second coat)
Precautions:
1. Must be applied properly, brushed evenly, and not missed. 2. The substrate must be firm, free of dust, loose materials, and stains. 3. Construction temperature should be between 5℃-30℃, relative humidity not exceeding 85%; pH value below 10, moisture content below 10%; construction is not suitable in heavy rain, snow, strong winds, and high-temperature weather. 4. This product is a building decoration material and can be handled by ordinary transportation methods. 5. Product execution standards, batch number, production date, inspector, storage period, see the certificate of conformity.
