Detailed introduction
Meihui acrylic waterproof coating is a high solid waterproof coating made from acrylic copolymer emulsion and vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion as the base material, with the addition of appropriate modified materials and other additives. It combines the high elasticity of organic polymer materials with the durability of inorganic materials, forming a high-strength and high-elastic waterproof film after application, and can be formulated into colored coatings as needed. After curing, this product forms a rubber-like elastomer with excellent water resistance, bonding strength, and elongation, as well as advantages such as heat resistance, cold resistance, tensile strength, aging resistance, long service life, and ease of construction.

This product is a single component, easy to apply, has strong elongation, can be color adjusted according to user needs, and has excellent aging resistance.
Scope of Application:
It can be directly applied on brick, mortar concrete, various insulation layers, and various waterproof layers (e.g., SBS, polyurethane, etc.). It is suitable for various new and old buildings and structures (e.g., roofs, basements, exterior walls, bathrooms, as well as tunnels, bridges, etc.).
Waterproof Principle:
The main film-forming substances in Meihui acrylic waterproof coating cure by losing water. When the coating is applied to various substrate surfaces, as moisture gradually evaporates and penetrates, the density of the coating gradually increases and loses its fluidity, thus forming a continuous high-strength and high-elasticity membrane of a certain thickness on the surface of the building. This membrane can adapt to the stress changes that occur on roofs under various actual conditions, achieving an overall waterproof effect.
Construction Conditions:
1. Apply between 5℃ and 30℃, do not apply in standing water or during rain and snow, and avoid construction in particularly humid and poorly ventilated environments, otherwise it will affect curing and film formation.
2. Recoating time: approximately 8 hours (may be extended depending on weather and construction environment).
3. Theoretical coverage area: 2kg/m
