V. Analysis and treatment plan for water seepage in the root and wall of bathroom and terrace

5.1 Accident characteristics

Leakage of water along the roots of the bathroom and the terrace wall and the root of the pipe.

5.2 Cause analysis

(1) The construction of the waterproof layer at the root of the pipeline is not standardized.

(2) The installed pipe passes through the structural layer, and the surrounding gap is not embedded and compacted.

(3) Concrete flanges are not used in the base of the bathroom and the terrace wall; the concrete vibrating is not dense; the root of the wall and the root of the terrace are designed to be waterproof.

(4) When the bathroom and the terrace floor finish are constructed, the waterproof layer is destroyed.

5.3 Processing method

(1) The concrete that has been poured twice in the tube root is cut out, rinsed and moistened with pressurized water, firstly grouted, and then finely divided into fine stone concrete (with appropriate amount of micro-expansion agent).

(2) Pipe root: The height of the façade is ≥80mm, the plane is ≥150mm outside the joints of new and old concrete, and the surface of the structural board is treated with a protective coating of Meihui waterproof coating.

5.4 preventive measures

(1) Cut the pipe through the loose concrete around the hole in the structural plate, sweep it clean, rinse and moisten with pressurized water, and grout with polymer waterproof mortar. Followed by
